Phil joined Square Enix in 2011 and is responsible for the community work within the London Live team. In 2013 he created the concept for Collective, a project he now leads, with the aim of supporting independent developers to build awareness around game ideas, and then help them find funding or release.
Prior to working at Square Enix, Phil ran GamesIndustry.biz for four years, after roles at GameSpot UK and the BBC.
