ID@Xbox Regional Lead - EMEA, Microsoft
Agostino Simonetta manages the ID@Xbox program in Europe. A veteran of the videogame industry, Agostino has spent the last 16 years of his career working with the independent development community. In his current role, Agostino is supporting European developers publishing their games on Xbox and the Windows ecosystem. In his spare time he loves reading Manga, playing guitar and spending quality time with his lovely daughters Julia and Sylvia.

Development Director, Sold Out
Gina Jackson has recently joined Sold Out as Development Director to drive forward their funded games for digital release. She started her career in the videogames industry in 1992, working in production on a wide variety of games for different developers and publishers, and then moved into business development roles at Nokia, Kuju and Eidos. Passionate about education and diversity, Gina took on roles including Chief Executive of Women in Games and she is also a Visiting Professor in the games industry and business at Norwich University of the Arts. This summer NUA honoured Gina with a fellowship for her services to the UK games industry and Ukie with their 30 years of play industry champion award for diversity.

Production Manager, Fellow Traveller
As well as sharing his knowledge in his dedicated talk, "Finish your game!", Des has a wealth of experience a producer for publishers such as Square Enix Collective and Indie label, Fellow Traveller. Des is currently the production manager at Fellow Traveller, a member of the UKIE board, the chair of GamesAid and an ambassador for SpecialEffect.
